Care
Washing
You should only hand-wash this scarf.
Fill a basin with lukewarm water and add a mild detergent that's suitable for wool and silk fabrics; most liquid detergents labeled for dedicates will suffice.
Submerge the scarf and gently agitate the water with your hands to distribute the soap.
Avoid rubbing or twisting the fabric, as this can damage the fibers.
Rinse thoroughly by draining the soapy water and rinsing the scarf in clean, lukewarm water until all soap residue is removed. You may need to change the water several times to ensure all detergent is washed out.
Drying
Do not wring out the scarf. Instead, lay it flat on a clean, dry towel, roll up the towel and press down to absorb excess moisture.
Unroll the towel and repeat with another dry towel if necessary.
Lay the scarf flat on a fresh towel or drying rack away from direct heat and sunlight. Reshape the scarf to its original dimensions while it is still damp.
Allow it to air dry completely.
Ironing
If the scarf requires ironing, use a low heat setting and place a pressing cloth between the iron and the scarf to protect the delicate fibers.
Storage
Store your scarf in a cool, dry place.
Fold it neatly or roll it to prevent creases.
Avoid hanging your scarf for extended periods of time, which can stretch the fabric.
For long-term storage, keep it in a breathable cotton bag to protect it from dust and moths.
